How Can I Pay for Dental Care in Beaverton Without Insurance?

At Farmington Dental Care, patients without insurance usually join our in-house membership plan. It's $400 a year per person, covers your routine cleanings, exams and X-rays at 100%, and takes 25% off most other treatment. For larger treatment, you can also use CareCredit to spread the cost over 6 or 12 months.

What does the membership plan include?

Covered at 100%, per member, each year:

• New patient exam, then 2 periodic exams a year

• 2 regular cleanings a year (or 2 periodontal maintenance visits)

• 2 fluoride treatments a year

• Bitewing X-rays once a year, and a full set every 3 years

• 1 emergency exam a year

No waiting period, no yearly maximum and no deductible. Your plan starts the day you sign up.

What are the limits?

• It's a stand-alone plan, so it can't be combined with insurance or other offers

• It's only good at Farmington Dental Care. If you're referred to a specialist, the discount doesn't apply there

• It's non-transferable and non-refundable, and the rate can change once a year

How does CareCredit work?

CareCredit is a health care credit card. On purchases of $1,000 or more, you may qualify for a 6 or 12 month no-interest promotion, as long as you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full balance by the end of the promo period. Approval is up to CareCredit. You can apply online before your visit.

What if I have insurance?

We accept most PPO dental plans. Send us your plan info and we'll check your coverage before treatment and file the claim for you. We also take cash, checks and most major credit cards.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. After your exam, we'll go over the treatment you need and what each step costs. If something can wait, we'll tell you, so you can plan around your budget.
