Consultation: Time with Dr. Lee to go over what he found, your options, and what each one costs. Treatment is priced separately.

2. Come in. We're at 14425 SW Allen Blvd #1, open Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm.
3. Get your options. You'll see what we found and what it costs. You decide what happens next.
Questions We Hear A Lot
Who is the $89 exam for?
New patients who don't have dental insurance. It covers a limited exam, an X-ray and a consultation.
Is a cleaning included?
No. The $89 visit is a limited exam. If you need a cleaning, we'll tell you the cost and can book it for another visit.
What if I need more work?
You'll hear the cost first. Nothing is done without your OK, and treatment is priced separately.
I have a PPO plan. Can I still come in?
Yes. The $89 price is for new patients without insurance, but we accept most PPO plans and our team will check your benefits.
Do you have payment options?
For the $89 exam we take cash, checks and most major credit cards. CareCredit can't be used for the $89 exam, but you can use it for treatment, with approved credit. We also have an in-house membership plan for $400 a year. It's not insurance.

Farmington Dental Care of Beaverton is the family dental office of Dr. John Lee, DDS, who began his dental career in 1998. We see kids and adults from Beaverton, Aloha, Tigard and Hillsboro. We accept most PPO plans, offer CareCredit financing (with approved credit) and an in-house membership plan for $400 a year, and we speak English, Spanish and Korean.
